As an ADHD consultant, coach, and mentor, I draw on both my professional experience and my own journey with ADHD. Having personally benefited from coaching, I understand how the right strategies, support, and structure can significantly improve my day to day life. My career has taken me from law to high school teaching and educational leadership, demonstrating that ADHD doesn’t have to limit what you can achieve. I’m passionate about ADHD mentoring, helping clients understand their ADHD, build on their strengths, and take control of their ADHD in a way that feels manageable and achievable.
